KITCHEN

Our sustainable Kitchen Garden is made up of home grown vegetables, animal produce and freshly sprouted herbs. Our aim to cook and grow as much of our own produce as possible from our garden. This ensures that all our ingredients are fresh, sustainably sourced and to the highest quality for our guests.

Each morning, before breakfast we collect eggs from our hens and ducks to make Chef Martin’s signature dishes.

Upon arrival, take a stroll through our beautiful gardens and admire the city view. If you would like a tour of our grounds, our team would be delighted to share with you some of our history and introduce you to our animals, we have dogs, chickens, ducks, turkeys and even pigs.

SUSTAINABILITY

Gabriel House is powered by solar panels, letting us run hot water throughout the building with pure green energy. We have fitted chargers for electric vehicles in our onsite car park, this is beneficial for guests who drive EV’s but it also advocates better environmental choices to the community. Of course, we also have our sustainable kitchen garden which lets us cook delicious foods responsibly. Over the last couple of years, in our garden, we have been actively taking part in the Irish Bee Conservation Project where we work to save the Bumble Bees.

We continue to strive towards a sustainable future for Gabriel House, to ensure we do our bit for the environment. We hope that these measures will have a positive impact on your stay at Gabriel House.
