The weather may not be great in Cork but where better to stay and escape it all than Gabriel House Guesthouse overlooking the city and sampling the latest sweet treat Penny has baked for breakfast. This week it was carrot and sultana muffins…. very tasty, not long before Easter and who knows what sweet treats that will bring.
